Scientific Interview

Hi scientistsJ! Today I will be answering a couple commonly asked questions. I might put a video answering the questions myself, so you can check that out too, when it comes out.  

Q- Why did you make this blog?

A- I mostly made this blog so I could review everything I was learning. As you guys might know, the best way for me to study is to rewrite. Another reason I made this blog is because I love sharing everything with you guys!

Q- Who inspired you to be an astronomer?

A- Well, I am not an astronomer yet, but the two people that mostly inspired me were Benjamin Banneker and my social studies teacher. Our teacher told us to do a project on an important African American and she told me I should get a scientist, so I looked up famous African Americans that were scientists. While I was looking at the list of people in the Wikipedia, I saw Benjamin Banneker: scientist, astronomer. After reading his biography and everything he had done with astronomy, I really got inspired. My teacher also inspired me because without her enthusiasm in teaching me about the solar system, I wouldn’t be where I am today.

Q- What is the best part of the blog?

A- The best part of the blog is definitely the posting. When I post I get to share everything I want with you guys and I get review everything I learned.

Q-What does the name “Galaxies of Astronomy” stand for?

A- The name “Galaxies of Astronomy” basically stands for a lot of studies in astronomy. It is really hard to explain.

Q- Is astronomy hard?

A- Astronomy is definitely hard. Mostly because everything is abstract, you can’t touch it or feel it. I am only a beginner and it is really challenging to understand.

Q- When did you develop the love for posting?

A- I developed the love of posting since I was in 2^nd grade. Since I was very little, I loved to write, and I always shared my stories and poems with the class. One day, my mom asked me if I wanted to have a blog. My answer was YES! I started sharing all my stories, poems, questions, etc. I made anew blog each time I got inspired and my creativity grew even bigger, wider, and more popular. And the best part is that those stories are in the blog forever.

Q- What other types of blogs do you have?

A-  I have a lot of blogs since every time I get inspired I create a blog. I have a blog on cooking, a blog on stories, poems, etc. A blog on all types of things, a blog sin studying, a blog on teaching, a blog based on a diary, and a vlog on astronomy.
