Saturn and Uranus

Hi scientists! Today I will be comparing the next two planets on my list, Saturn and Uranus. I might make a test on the planets’ characteristics once I am done doing planet comparisons. I might also make you guys a study guide to study for the coming up test. Feel free to tell me in the comments what planets you want me to compare next. Enjoy!J
Saturn
·         Gas giant
·         Made of hydrogen and helium
·         Contains very Little solid matter
·         Is surrounded by rings
·         Has at least 34 moons
·         Some moons have odd shapes such as Pan and Atlas
·         Average distance from the sun- 1,426,700,000 km (885,900,000 mi)
·         Diameter- 120,536 km (74,897 mi)
·         Length of a day as measured in Earth time- 11 hours
·         Length of a year as measured in Earth time- 29 years
·         Rings- yes
·         Weight of a child who is 75 pounds on Earth- 55.5 pounds
Uranus
·         First planet discovered using a telescope
·         Gas giant
·         Atmosphere is mostly made of hydrogen, helium, and methane
·         So cold that methane in atmosphere is a liquid
·         Tiny drops of methane form clouds that surround the planet
·         Clouds make the planet a fuzzy-green color
·         Dark rings that are too small and thin to see from Earth
·         Travels around the sun on its side
·         Average distance from the sun- 2,871,000,000 km (1,784,000,000 mi)
·         Diameter- 51,118 km (31,763 mi)
·         Length of a day as measured in Earth time- 17 hours (spins backward)
·         Length of a year as measured in Earth time- 84 years
·         At least 27 moons
·         Rings- yes
·         Weight of a child who is 75 pounds on Earth- 64.5 pounds
Calculations
·         Saturn: Average distance from the sun- 1,426,700,000 km
·         Uranus: Average distance from the sun- 2,871,000,000 km
·         So, Uranus is 1,444,300,000 kilometers away from Saturn
·         Saturn: Average distance from the sun- 885,900,000 mi
·         Uranus: Average distance from the sun- 1,784,000,000 mi
·         So, Uranus and Saturn are 898,100,000 miles away
·         Diameter of Uranus: 51,118 km
·         Diameter of Saturn: 120,536 km
·         So, Saturn is 69,418 km bigger than Uranus
·         Diameter of Uranus: 31, 763 mi
·         Diameter of Saturn: 74,897 mi
·         So, Saturn is 43,134 miles bigger
